Studio/ Project Manager

We are seeking a Studio/Project Manager responsible for the management and delivery of design/development projects for our clients.

Job Description:

Seeking a part-time Studio/Junior Project Manager to support in the growth of a Brand Creative + Marketing studio. We promote positive workplace culture, with exposure to lifestyle brands and purpose drive enterprises.  Expect to learn and be a part of a intimate team. Working closely with the Founder and CEO on daily operations and project phases. Our studio respects creativity, kindness, and a multifaceted approach to branding and marketing. Please be organized and detail oriented and excited about being apart of small yet, mighty business.   

This position is part-time to start with the possibility for growth with the right person. Looking for a dependable and responsible individual, who is self-motivated and a team player,  who is client service centric with a passion for design.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain all documentation to support each project through all phases: Outlining scope of work, schedule, and budget.

  • Maintain and initiate correspondances with clients according to each phase, demonstrating command of the project and each phase.

  • Be detail oriented with a mindfulness about the process and the client’s needs.

  • Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals

  • Maintain and organize the project schedules, invoices and budgets for the studio.

  • Be the liaison between the client and the studio.

  • Attend client meetings. Evaluating all necessary process, schedule, project stages and team involvement.

  • Field new and existing client inquiries, such as; providing information on proposals, onboarding schedule, and invoices.

  • Enhance client experience, through professional open communication, organization of project roster, a positive and confident attitude.

  • Responsible to coordinate and supervise all external contractors in projects to met budget and schedule expectations.

  • Implement and maintain thcreativeco.com Standards: Maintain the signage client service standards through all the phases of design and development process.  

  • Supports the design and technical team in aspects of the project when necessary.

Required Traits :

 Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including 1 year in a management position and 1-3 years in a customer service role (in similar industry to creative agency or branding)

  • Related degree in; business, design and/or art

  • Experience and knowledge of graphic design, marketing, branding  

  • Master of adobe suite, illustrator, photoshop, indesign, excel, google docs

Digital Designer

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Designer who can help us bring brands + their audience together in new, exciting places in the digital space.

Job Description:

A candidate who can creatively contribute original design ideas on a project to project basis, demonstrating and maintaining a high standard for visuals and overall message of aesthetic with a deep understanding of how design works, looks and feels across all digital platforms. You will be working with a small creative team on projects along with the founder/creative director to create new unique designs for custom branding projects 

This is an ongoing contract position and is not guaranteed full-time. Candidates should be available to start work immediately and be located in the LA Metro Area. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Create visual content for digital platforms

  • Work with the Art Director and create original designs for client projects in the digital space

  • Overseeing and supporting projects from concept through production 

  • Support the execution of new creative ideas (i.e. marketing campaigns, event collateral, etc.) 

  • Extremely detail and solution oriented with strong listening and communication skills 

  • Assist with setting up and training project freelancers 


Required Traits: 

  • 2-5 years of experience, ideally in a creative/content/digital agency or production environment

  • Possesses a well-developed clean and modern aesthetic 

  • Photo Curation + Editing Expert with deep understanding of the best specifications for content across digital platforms

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc) is your best friend - you know it like the back of your hand.

  • Excellent skills in a MAC based environment 

  • Knowledge of digital production is a must 

  • Package and preflight files for release to vendors or printers 

  • Naturally curious and willing to problem solve and improve processes where you see fit

  • Be extremely organized and ability to prioritize based on deadlines 

  • Be self-motivated and self-managing

  • Works well within a team and loves to collaborate 

  • Plugged into the digital space and can recommend new formats and tools based on client needs

Art Director

We are seeking a rad Art Director to help create integrated creative campaigns. 

Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate who understands the fundamentals of content creation and loves telling stories through design and photography. Our Art Director must be a strategically-focused creative who is able to collaborate with other like-minded people to create brand-defining ideas that work across digital and traditional platforms. You will be working with a small creative team on projects along with the founder/creative director to develop new and unique brand content for multiple clients.

This is an ongoing contract position and is not guaranteed full-time. Candidates should be available to start work immediately and be located in the LA Metro Area.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Concept and create beautifully designed content from briefs and insights

  • Work closely with the Creative Director and Designers to create original content for client projects

  • Oversee projects from concept through production

  • Direct product and lifestyle photoshoots

  • Support the execution of new creative ideas (i.e. marketing campaigns, event collateral, etc.)

  • Extremely detail and solution oriented with strong listening and communication skills

  • Participate in day-to-day communication with key team members on a given project and identify the best time to execute and the best time to delegate

  • Recommend new formats and tools for a given project

  • Present concepts and ideas to client

Required Traits:

  • 5-7 years of visual design and art director experience, ideally in a creative/content/social agency environment

  • Possesses a well-developed clean and modern aesthetic

  • Strong writing and presentation skills

  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)

  • Excellent skills in a MAC based environment

  • Knowledge of both digital and print production is a must

  • Naturally curious and willing to problem solve and improve processes where you see fit

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with an understanding of modern storytelling + content creation to bring original ideas + finished designs to our clients across digital, print + social.

You will be working with a small creative team on a project by project basis along with the founder/creative director. Must have a strong background in digital design, branding and typography.
